摘要
叙述了汽车发动机周围环境条件和目前国内外发动机部件塑料化的具体进程,重点阐述了进气歧管、凸轮轴齿轮、发动机装饰件和燃油输出管等零件的塑料化的情况,使这些零部件的塑料化达到轻量化、减噪声、防震动、耐腐蚀、易成型、降低成本等目的。最后探讨了今后的发展方向──零部件一体化及材料再生利用。
The paper describes environmental conditions of automotive engine periphery and current development of plastics-made engine parts at home and abroad, with emphasis on the elaboration of plastics-made inlet manifold, camshaft gears, fuel supply pipe, engine ornaments and other parts. These parts made of plastics can achieve the aims of lightweighting, reducing costs, lowering noise, shock resistance, corrosion resistance, easy forming, etc. Finally future development trend, i.e. integration of parts and recycling of materials, is discussed.
