半潜驳是一种既可浮于水面又能潜入水中的新型工程船舶。在锦州港的施工中，应用半潜驳完成了大型沉箱的水上预制、运输和下水等工序，它具有对环境要求不高，操作灵活的特点。
Semi-submerged barge is a new kind of engineering vessel which can befloated on the water and being submerged into water as well. During the construction atJinzhou Port, it has undertaken the prefabrication, transportation and launching for largecaissons, which is characterized with ease of operation and lower requirement toenvironment.
