摘要
本文介绍了煤气甲烷化过程中汽/气比流量调节系统的设计、针对过热蒸汽在温度、压力发生变化时,其流量与差压关系发生变化,从而产生测量误差这一问题,对蒸气流量进行了温度压力补偿,收到了满意的调节效果,成功地解决了“结碳”问题。
The theme introduced a Project about a flow regulation system on the ratio of steam to gas in gas clearing process. While the temperature and pressure of steam gas are charging, foe tie of flow and differential - pressure change too. So a error appears that the temperature and pressure need be redressed. The project has achieved a good re- sult.
