智能最优化系统（ＩＯＳ）是一个结合最优化和人工智能技术、实现自主、完美地解决实际最优化问题的软件系统。本文详细分析了ＩＯＳ的功能，指出其各部分之间的逻辑联系，提出了ＩＯＳ的体系结构，从而建立了ＩＯＳ的基本理论框架，为进一步的研究打好基础。

Intelligent Optimization System(IOS)is a software system that combines optimization techniques with artificial intelligence,and realizes to solve practical optimizing problems independently and completely. This paper analyzes the functions of IOS in detail and reveals the relations between its components. A System frame of IOS has been presented. These establish the theoretical basis of IOS,and point out the directions of further studies.
