Finite Element Analysis on Elasto-plasticity of Upper Center Plate on Freight Car and Estimation of Service Life

应用 ANSYS软件中弹塑性有限元法对货车上心盘模型进行了分析 ,利用分析结果、根据疲劳理论对货车上心盘进行了寿命估算 ,是 ANSYS大型有限元软件的一个新应用。

The model of upper center plate on freight car is analyzed with application of the elasto plasticity finite element method in ANSYS software.With the analysis results,the service life of the upper center plate on freight car is estimated according to the fatigue theory.It is a new application of the large finite element software ANSYS.
