摘要 真空吸下式可控减速顶研制使用多年以后,发现其存在不少不足之处,针对这些不足研制成功的TDJK—DS电动锁闭可控减速顶克服了真空吸下式可控减速顶的不足,使减速顶的滑动油缸锁闭一致,大大地改善了难行车的走行性能,该顶电控阀工作电压低,功率小,使用安全,节省能源. After many years of researching and applying for the controlled retarder of vacuum attracted down type it is found that there is some weak point in its structure. Aimed at these weak point ,TDJK - DS controlled retarder with electric locking is developed successfully to overcome the weak point of controlled retarder of vacuum attracted down type and make sliding cylinder of controlled retarder locking uniform therefore the running performance of hard rolling car improved greatly. The working voltage of the electric control valve of controlled retarder is low,its power is small and safe in application and also econmize on energy.
