试论广东实现现代化与发展跨国经营

Realizing Modernization in Guangdong and Developing Transnational Business

广东要争取在20年内赶上亚洲“四小龙”，其中一项重要工作就是要发展跨国经营。本文从企业国际化经营是世界经济与科学技术发展的必然产物；实现现代化必须根据“互接互补”理论，树立统一大市场的观念；发展跨国经营有利于加强广东外向型经济的微观基础，有利于利用国际资源和国际市场等方面说明广东发展跨国经营的必要性。以“四小龙”的经验、外国投资理论和全方位开放要求说明，广东发展跨国经营是可行的。

If Guangdong strives for catching up with the ' Four Tigers', one of the momentoustasks is to develop its transnational business.This paper assumes that internationalization of business is the inevitable outcome of thedevelopment of world economy and science and technology, that modernization must be inline with the theory of ' joining and complementing each other' and the concept of n a unifiedglobal market', and that modernization must help to strengthen Guangdong's micro-basisof export-oriented economy and make full use of international sources and markets.Using the experience of the n Four Tigers', the foreign theory of investment, and opening-up in an all-round way, the author concludes that it is necessary and feasible for GD todevelop internationally and suggests six ways for GD to consider.
