关于一种综合评价指标体系的方法

An Approach to the Comprehensive Evaluation of Index Systems

针对当前指标体系的综合评价方法中存在的不足之处,笔者提出在综合评价中引入主成分分析。如果这种方法配以实例应用,能使指标体系的综合评价既有理论依据,又适合于实际应用。

Based on the anlysis of the problems existing in the comprehensive evaluation, this paper advances the approach of Primary Component Analysis to evaluate an index system. A practical example is given here, the results of which show that the approach not only has a theorecical basis but also is applicable and effective.
