摘要
本文探求水泵、风机调速节能装置的新方案——液压-机械分流传动方案。它的特点是效率高、转速控制精确、响应快以及动态特性好。文中除了对方案进行理论分析外,还引用了取得显著节能效果的船用恒频轴带发电机装置的技术性能数据,作为例证进行对比。可以认为:在性能和节能效果上、液压-机械分流传动调速装置具有明显的优越性。
This paper makes a soudy of a new scheme for the speedregulating device for energy-saving of pumps and fans——hydraulic-mechanicalshunt transmission. The distinctive features of this transmission are: high efficiency, high speed-control accuracy, quick response and fine dynamic characteristics. The paper takes as an example the marine constant frequency shaft generator, which has been applied on board with notable energy-saving effect. It is believed that such chunt transmission has an unparalleled superiority in terms of performance and energy-saving.
