摘要
中国风险投资实质上进展较慢，问题很多，究其原因，必须从机制上分析比较，探求如何借鉴国 际成功经验，以实现风险投资机制在中国的突破，促进风险投资的快速发展。
China's risk investment has made little progress in essence because of many problems. In order to realize the breakthrough of the risk investment system in China and promote the rapid development of the risk investment, we should conduct careful systematic analysis and comparison, draw lessons from the international successful experi- ences.
