当前我国业已存在许多地下私募基金，它们的出现和发展是我国经济发展的容规要求。私募基金具有公募基金无法替代的优势，管理层应尽早给予其合法地位，这样既能满足投资者多元化的需求，为投资者提供更多的投资品种；又能将私募基金纳入规范化的轨道之下，更好地保护投资者的利益。

Private funds have existed in China for quite a long time, however they are still illegal. Their emergence and development is the outcome of China's economic development. Private funds have the advantages which can not be re- placed by public funds. Legalization should be given to them as soon as possible so that various demands of the investors can be fulfilled and private funds may be regulated much better than before, thus the intersts of investors can be protect- ed.
