浅议入世对根治外经贸寻租的推动作用

中国加入世界贸易组织,必将按照世贸组织的基本原则,加快市场经济体制建设,改革现行外贸管理体制,制定并实行全国统一的、透明度较高的外贸法规、政策,履行大幅度降低关税并逐步取消非关税措施的承诺。所有这些举措,不但有利于促进中国经济的快速发展,而且必然从制度上铲除旧体制下外经贸领域甚至全部经济社会中的寻租行为,对从本源上根治腐败产生积极的推动作用。
