摘要
研究了植物酚类油田化学品的络合 -光度滴定特性 ,提出了利用络合 -光度滴定曲线来计算植物酚类油田化学品中混合态酚类组分相对含量的新方法 ;实验中用改性的混合态兴安落叶松树木酚类化合物为滴定样品 ,Ba( OH) 2 水溶液为滴定剂 .实验和计算结果表明 :混合态的植物酚类磺酸盐型油田化学品经络合、氧化、缩合及交联等多步化学改性后 ,酚类组分化合物中的木质素与多酚化合物之间的结合显著增多 ;各种酚类化合物组分的含量存在一个适宜的配比 ,在此适宜配比下 。
The authors present the experimental results of complexometric photometric titration characteristics of vegetable phenol oilfield chemicals. The relative contents of the non separated phenol constituents in the chemicals were calculated by using complexometric photometric titration curve for the first time. The experimental samples were made from the non separated phenol compounds of Chinese Larch tree. The aqueous solution of Ba(OH) 2 were used as titrant. The experimental and calculated results show that the bonding of the lignin with the multi phenols is easy and much after the chemicals are modified by complexation, oxidation, condensation and cross linking; there is an optmum mixture ratio of the phenol constituents, and at the ratio, the bonding is best and most.
