富气原油在湍流条件下的蜡沉积 被引量:4

摘要 采用自动化蜡沉积循环管道流动系统研究含蜡富气原油在现场的温度变化范围内和流动条件下的蜡沉积过程 .将油田现场取得的脱气原油在高压下加气加水配成富气油样 ,分别采用冷却测试和等温测试两种实验过程 ,测试在湍流条件下的蜡沉积规律 .冷却测试过程精确地测试含蜡原油从高于原油析蜡点温度到较低环境温度范围内在现场流速、油温和环境温度下的蜡沉积过程 ,同时结合等温测试过程研究蜡沉积的机理 .实验结果表明 :含蜡原油蜡沉积与环境温度、油温、油温与环境温度的温差有关 ;在湍流条件下 。 The wax deposit procedure of the waxy live crude was studied. Tests were carried out in an automated high pressure wax deposition flow loop. In the tests, initial temperature of crude, environmental temperature, the pressure and temperature of the test system are determined according to field conditions. The crude used in tests was obtained by adding gas and water to the degassed crude from oil field. The volume of the deposited wax was measured in cooling and isothermal procedures. In the cooling procedure, temperature was reduced from initial point (higher than wax precipitation point) to a lower temperature than environmental temperature. And In the isothermal procedure, temperature was kept at a point lower than or near environmental temperature. The testing results show that, the volume of wax position has something to do with environmental temperature, oil temperature and the difference between them; only when enviromental temperature is lower than oil temperature, wax deposition will occur; when enviromental temperature is higher than oil temperature, wax deposition will not occur even though oil temperature is lower than wax precipitation point or pour point.
