摘要
报导了一种测量生漆粘滞系数的新方法——微机控制超声多普勒法 .利用接收器接收液体中下落小球的超声多普勒效应频移信号 ,将此信号送微机进行采集、比较、判断、计算 ,并显示出生漆的粘滞系数 .
The procedure of measuring the viscosity coefficient of liquid by using a microcomputer is stated. A receiver is used for receiving the frequency pushing signals of ultrasound Doppler effect of the little balls falling in the measured liquid. The signals are sent to 8031 single chip microcomputer, and it counts the number f of the signals in a definite time intervel (T=100ms).f is sent to PC system, and PC judges whether f is the same in every interval of 100ms. When f is the same, PC calculates the viscosity coefficient according to a definite formula. The results of two examples show that the viscosity coefficient of any liquid can be quickly and accurately measured by this method.
