6 工业齿轮油的组成
工业齿轮油由基础油和添加剂组成.产品的粘度、粘度指数、倾点、闪点等基本理化性能由基础油的性能决定,产品的极压抗磨性、氧化安定性、抗腐蚀性、防锈性及抗泡性主要靠添加剂来改善和提高.
The development of foreign and domestic industrial gear oil, product specification and standard, and inspection/evaluation technologies are reviewed based on different working conditions of gear transmission and respective performance requirements on gear oil. The composition, lubrication manner and function of different gear oil are introduced, and guide suggestions on selection and maintenance of gear oil are set forth in the paper.
