摘要
介绍了国际上战略石油储备的状况及形势,分析了我国石油储备的现状及存在问题,对我国建立国家战略石油储备提出了几点建议。
This paper introduced the world situation of strategic petroleum reserve, analyzed the present situation and existing problems of Chinese petroleum reserve. Finally, several advices were presented for building Chinese SPR.
