摘要
影响磨料射流切割套管效率的因素很多 ,着重研究了磨料射流的工作参数以及流体介质性质对切割套管效率的影响。结果表明 ,磨料射流的喷距越小 ,切割得越深 ;当射流的喷射角度在 110°~ 115°之间时 ,可获得最佳切割效果 ;而当采用高分子聚合物溶液作工作介质时 。
Experimental study on the effects of operating parameters and fluid performance on casing cutting efficiency is introduced in this paper. The results show that the smaller the jet distance, the deeper the erosion slot. The optimum erosion effect is achieved when the jet angle is among 110°~115°. It is also found that when the macromolecule polymer fluid is used, the cutting efficiency is further improved.
