摘要 以防砂前油井流入动态 (IPR)曲线为基础 ,考虑各种防砂措施在井底附近造成的附加阻力表皮 ,建立了一套基于 IPR曲线的防砂井产能预测方法。利用防砂前 IPR曲线资料用最小二乘法计算将防砂前油井总流动表皮折算为零时的折算等效渗透率 ,然后计算防砂措施造成的附加层流和紊流表皮 ,再用产能基本公式预测防砂井的产能。借助 IPR曲线避开了实际地层渗透率的获取和大量表皮系数的计算 。 Based on oil well IPR curve and the special consideration of the additional skin factors caused by sand control measures, a new productivity prediction model for sand control wells is developed. In order to avoid the calculation of various kinds of skin factors, total skin factor before sand control is converted into equivalent formation permeability, which indicates reservoir's character well and can be resolved by least square method using the IPR data. Then the additional Darcy and non Darcy skin responding to sand control measures is specially considered to predict the productivity of the sand control wells. Because this model avoids current formation permeability, which is difficult to obtain, and the calculation of various intricate skin factors, it is more accurate and feasible than usual methods.
