摘要
详细分析了大斜度定向井和水平井钻进过程中摩阻和扭矩较大的原因 ,并从井眼轨迹优化、钻具组合优化设计、钻井液设计、减扭工具的研制与应用四方面给出了减扭措施 ,在大港油田张巨河地区、港东地区的应用表明 ,该减扭措施能提高有效破岩扭矩 ,加快钻进速度。
The causes of high frictional torque & drag during high angle directional and horizontal drilling are analyzed in detail in this paper. Some measures such as optimizing design of well path, drilling assembly and drilling fluid, and developing some tools are also given. Field applications in Zhangjuhe and Gangdong areas in Dagang Oilfield show that the measures can reduce drilling torque and increase rate of penetration.
