将混合有机酸酸化和氧化剂氧化两种方法相结合 ,形成了稠油油藏酸化 氧化处理技术 ,用于蒸汽吞吐开采中后期的欢西稠油油藏的油层改造和解堵。概括地介绍了混合有机酸酸化液和氧化液的组成 ,所用混合有机酸是一种工业品 ,含有苯甲酸、对苯甲磺酸、甲酸、乙酸等。着重介绍了混合有机酸溶液和酸化液的应用性能 :酸岩反应缓速性 ,对金属的低腐蚀性 ,对粘土的低水化膨胀性 ,高岩心酸化率 ,高洗油能力及高价金属离子在乏酸液中的稳定性。介绍了油层酸化 氧化处理工艺 ,及在欢西油田 2 5口蒸汽吞吐井上实施油层改造和解堵现场试验的成功结果。
An successive acidizing oxidizing treatment is developed for reservoir stimulation and blockage relieving at Huanxi crude oil fields in their medium late stages of steam huff puff recovery. The composition of mixed organic acidizing and oxidizing fluids, where the mixed organic acids are a commercial chemical consisting of benzoic, paraphenylmethyl sulfonic, formic, acetic, and other acids. The performance properties of mixed organic acids solution and acidizing fluid on their base are presented: delayed reactivity with rock; low corrosivity to steel; low clay swelling ability; high acidization rate for rock samples; high washing power for oil; and stability of polyvalent metal ions in spent acids. The technologic aspects of acidizing oxdizing treatments for reservoirs are introduced and the successful field results of reservoir stimulation and blockage relieving at 25 steam huff puff wells of Huanxi Oil Fields are described.
