摘要
分析了造成储油罐罐底板腐蚀的各种原因,分别从阴极保护、涂料防腐和边缘板防腐等方面对储罐罐底板上、下表面的保护作了介绍。提出了合理的罐底板防腐涂料和阴极保护方案,指出在油罐设计、施工中应考虑采取利于油罐防腐的措施,从而更加有效地控制罐底板的腐蚀。
The various corrosion causes of bottom plates of tank have been analyzed in the paper. The author presents reasonable scheme of the selection of anticorrosion coating materials and the cathodic protection methods for tank bottom plates to effectively control corrosion. The favorable practice of design and construction for anticorrosion are discussed. The corrosion control of rim plate is especially described.
