文章描述了一种基于网络的数字视频录像系统 ,并对视音频编码、文件系统、图像处理、报警控制及串口通讯、视频动态检测以及网络传输等技术进行了阐述。
This paper describes a kind of Digital Video Recorder System based on network, and of which ,video & audio codec, file system ,image processing, alarm controlling & serial interface communication, video dynamic detecting, and network transferring technology are expatiated.
