A New Approach to the Construction of the Generalutility Controller Based on Timeseries Parametrons

利用时序变参器（ＴｉｍｅｓｅｒｉｅｓＰａｒａｍｅｔｒｏｎ——ＴＰ）构造通用控制器（Ｇｅｎｅｒａｌ－ｕｔｉｌｉｔｙＣｏｎｔｒｏｌｅｒ——ＧＣ）是一个新的革新．按照这种方法，在视为负载的一个网络的多个处理元中可以实现、生成和控制任意波形电流．该控制器的显著特点是：硬件降低到最小的限度，大量的控制任务在很大的程度上得以简化．相应的调试和维护也就变得十分简单．就控制的速度而言，由于开环控制，它应是快而不是慢的．

This paper presents a new innovation for constituting the General utility Controller (GC) by means of the Time series Parametron (TP).It can help to achieve generating and controlling arbitrary waveforms in processing elements of a network which are regarded as nonlinear electrical loads. The outstanding characteristics of the controller are that the hardwires are reduced to a minimum, a large amount of controlling task willalso be simplified. Accordingly, its regulations and maintenance will become simple, too. The controlling speed should be fast rather than slow because of openloop control.
