两种慢性痛大鼠脊髓和脊神经节一氧化氮合酶的表达及电针的影响

摘要 目的 :观察福尔马林试验和去传入神经两种慢性痛模型大鼠脊神经节和脊髓一氧化氮合酶的改变。方法 :还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸组织化学方法。结果 :福尔马林试验和去传入神经均可导致大鼠手术侧脊神经节阳性神经元增加 ,手术侧脊髓后角浅层 NOS阳性终末增加。结论 :电针可以改变两种模型大鼠脊神经节一氧化氮合酶的表达。 Object:A large of experiment founded that neurochemical changes are different between Formalin test and neuropathic pain represented by deafferentation.Methods:In this study we used NADPH diaphorase histochemistry to investigate the expression of NOS in the two kinds of pain models.Results:The effect of electronic acupuncture on the expression of NOS was studied.Conclusions:The results showed that the number of NOS positive cells in DRG were increased in both group.The positive terminals were increased in the spinal superfacial dorsal horn.Eletronic acupunture can change the expression of NOS in two kinds of chronic pain models.
