摘要
目的 评价密达不同剂型杀灭钉螺效果 ,有关因素的影响以及对非靶水生物的毒性。 方法 分别采用泥盘接触法、烧杯浸杀法和斑马鱼实验法 ,观察密达 5种剂型杀灭钉螺效果 ,了解泥土湿度和温度对密达杀螺作用的影响 ,测定密达 2种剂型的急性鱼毒。 结果 施药后 5 d和 7d,5种剂型杀螺效果均有明显差异 ,其中 75 %可湿性粉剂的生物活性最高 ,泥盘接触法 3d、5 d和 7d的 L C50 分别为 3.93g/m2、0 .91g/m2和 0 .6 9g/m2 ;实验表明密达杀钉螺效果有随泥土湿度和温度提高而增强的趋势 ;密达 10 %沙粒剂和 75 %可湿性粉剂 2 4h、48h、72 h和 96 h对斑马鱼的 L D50 均 >10mg/L。 结论 密达各剂型对钉螺均具有不同程度的杀灭作用 ,其中以 75 %可湿性粉剂杀螺效果最好 ;湿度和温度对密达杀螺效果影响较大 ,实际使用时须掌握条件 ;密达为一类低毒杀螺剂 ,适用于水产养殖地区及其它特定环境的灭螺处理。
Objective To evaluate the molluscicidal effects of the different formulations of Meta, study the relations between the molluscicide and the soil moistures and the temperature, and understand the toxicity of Meta against non-target aquatic organisms. Methods The biological tests had been carried out. Results Meta 75% wettable powder was the most effective in killing the snails. Which the median lethal concentration LC 50 was 3.93 g/m2, 0.91 g/m2, 0.69 g/m2 respectively in 3 d, 5 d, 7 d after spreading the drugs. The molluscicidal effect was increases with the soil moisture and the temperature. The fish LC 50 in Meta 75% wettable powder and 10% granules was more than 10 mg/L in 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h. Conclusion Meta was an available molluscicide, and 75% wettable powder was the most effective in the different formulations. The molluscicidal effect is affected easily by the soil moisture and the temperature. Meta has a relatively low toxicity against the fish, and was available applied to the areas with the aquatic products.
