摘要
本文研究了A1与邻苯二酚紫 (CV)和丁基罗丹明B(BRB)的协同显色反应。在聚乙烯醇存在下 ,在pH6 .5醋酸溶液中 ,A1与CV和BRB形成紫红色三元络合物 ,其最大吸收峰λmax位于 5 90nm ,表观摩尔吸收系数ε590 为 3.2×10 4 。A1量在 0~ 10 μg/ 2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律。用于茶叶中铝的分析 ,结果满意。
A method is proposed for the spectrophotometric determ in ation of aluminum with catechol violet and butylrhodamine B by synergistic colou r reaction. In the presence of polyviny1 alcoho1, A red coloured complex is form ed in an acetic acid (pH6.5) medium. The maximun absorption of the ion-associate complex is at 590nm, and its apparent molar absorptivity is 3.2×10~4L·mol~ a(c)-1?¤cma?a(c)-1.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0?10.0μg/25ml of alumi num. This method has been used for the determination of aluminum in tea with sat isfactory results.
