摘要
该系统在变负荷操作及大的干扰条件下 ,可将氧氯化反应器进料各组份的摩尔比始终控制在最佳值 ,解决了原控制系统因负荷变化而造成的设备腐蚀严重、乙烯耗量高。
This system can always keep the mole ration of the raw materials components for the Oxychlorination Reactor at the optimum value under the changed duty operation and big interference conditions.This can solve the problem of serious equipment corrosion,higher ethylene consumption and short operation period of the plant caused by the change of duty in the original control system.
