高效液相色谱法测定丹参片中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量

Determination of Tanshinone Ⅱ_A in Tanshi Tablet by HPLC

目的 :测定丹参片中丹参酮 A的含量。方法 :高效液相色谱法。结果 :方法简便、准确 ,在 0 .2 0 0 4～ 1.0 0 2 2 μg范围内线性良好 ,r=0 .9996,平均加样回收率为 96.4% ,RSD为 1.0 9%。结论

Objective:To determine the quantity of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Tanshi tablet.Methods:HPLC.Results:The method is simple, accurate. Linear relationship was found in the range of 0.200 4～1.002 2 μg( r =0.999 6). The average recovery was 96.4% and RSD was 1.09%.Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality control of Tanshi tablet.
