摘要
首次对分散于《食疗本草》中的食忌条目进行了提取、整理、研究 ,将提出的 2 10多条食忌分别归属为 11类 ,并在此基础上对该书所载食忌的科学性 (合理性 )
The paper has classified food taboo which is dispersed from Herbal Food Medicine. It has proved over 210 pieces of food taboo belong to 11 kinds. On the basis of the result, it has researched the reasonability of some food taboo in the book.
