Talking about Improvement and Perfection of Periodicals' Managerial Model

本文通过对中国矿业大学图书馆近年来传统期刊管理模式下期刊利用率情况统计分析 ,提出了建立校际间图书 ,期刊网络 ,统一协调期刊征订 ,从传统服务转向网络信息资源库建设与网络服务的新型管理模式。它的实现将对节省有限的期刊征订费 ,充分发挥网络信息交流快捷、方便的优势 ,实现各高校期刊资源共享 。

Through statistical analysis on periodicals' availability under traditional managing model of the library of China University of Mining Technology in resent years, this paper advances a new-type of managing model, that is to establish intercollegiate books' and periodicals' network, practice coordinative and integrated soliciting for subscriptions, and transform traditional services into network information data bank's construction and network services.This new kind of managing model has very important significance for saving limited subscriptions, giving full play to strong points of network information's rapid and convenient exchange, realizing periodicals' resources shearing between universities, and increasing periodicals' availability.
