应用光热偏转光谱技术测量荧光素的绝对量子产率

摘要 应用光热偏转光谱技术(PDS)测量了荧光素Nile Blue和Naphthol Blue的绝对荧光量子产率;阐述了测量原理和实验方法。该技术与传统的光度测量方法相比,属交流信号测量,减少了干扰因素,具有调试、测量过程简便,系统误差小等特点,可用于新的发光标准的确定。 The photothermal deflection spectroscopy(PDS) is applied to absolute quantum yield determination for nile blue and naphthol blue. The principle and experimental results are described. The PDS is an alternating single testing technique. It has remarkable adrantages over conventional photometric method in that it can immu- nize from interference, and can simplify process of adjustment and measurement, and has less instrumental error. It is suitable to determine absolute quantum yield of new fluorescent standard.
