本文针对现代企业家大多数法律意识淡薄的现实 ,以典型案例评析的形式 ,重点论述了现代企业家懂法、守法和充分运用法律的重要性 。

In connection with the phenomenon that the legal consciousness of most of the modern entrepreneurs is dim,this paper discusses emphatically on the significance of that the modern entrepreneurs understand the law,observe the law and make full use of the law by using the method of typical cases analyzing,and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the legal consciousness.
