建设工程投资控制浅议

Talking about Investment Control of Construction Works

本文根据与我国情况基本相同的某外国描述的不同建设阶段影响建设工程项目投资程度的坐标图的成功经验 ,很直观地提出在建设工程投资全过程控制中 ,可行性研究投资决策阶段和建设工程设计阶段是投资控制的两个重要阶段 ,并就这两个阶段的投资控制 。

Based on the successful experiences of a foreign country the national conditions of which are similar to China by using coordinate figures describing degree for the investment of construction works in different construction phases, this paper points visually out that both the phase of feasibility study on investment decisions and the phase of construction work's design are two important phases in whole process control of investment of contruction works, and expounds some important opinios and views on the investment control of the two phases.
