Study on Soil and Water Conservation and Water Resources Sustainable Development

通过分析国际、国内水资源现状、特点及 2 1世纪存在的主要水问题。说明我国作为世界上贫水国家之一 ,随着人口的增加和经济的高速发展 ,水资源短缺日益严重。从经济持续发展、人口剧增及城市化、水土流失及生态环境日益恶化等方面 ,阐述了我国水资源短缺面临的问题及其产生原因。主要探讨了水土流失产生的危害及水土保持在解决我国水资源短缺。

Through analyzing the water resources current situation and its characters, the water resources shortage and the main water problems in 21 century, the conclusion that our country is one of the water resources shortages in the world was obtained. With the increase of population and fast development of economy, the shortage of water resources has become increasing serious. The reason and problem of water resources shortage were elaborated according to sustainable development of economic, rapid population growth and urbanization, soil and water loss and ecological environment etc. The harms of soil and water loss, and the effect of soil and water conservation were emphasized discuss in settling the problem of ameliorate ecological environment and resolve water resources shortage. The importance strategies position of soil and water conservation was explained in sustainable development of water resources in our country.
