Position and Practice of the Role Played by Government,Universities and Employing Units in the Reform of Employed System

建立适应社会主义市场经济体制的毕业生就业制度 ,实现人才资源的合理配置 ,需要政府、高校和用人单位的共同参与。本文运用社会学相关理论 ,对就业制度改革中政府、高校和用人单位应担当的角色和如何进行角色实践等 。

To establish the graduate employed system which meet the socialist market economy system,and to distribute the intellect resource rationly,the participation of all government,universities and employing units is necessary.In this article,intergrating theory with practice,the authors expound and analyse the issue about the roles that government,universities and employing units should play and how to play in the reform of employed system with the sociology theory.
