无除氧器的大型机组锅炉给水系统

Feedwater System without Deaerator of Large Size Boiler Unit

湄洲湾电厂1、2号机组的锅炉给水系统是不设置除氧器的系统，如何确保系统与设备的安全运行，同时使给水的溶解氧含量符合要求成为关键。本文通过对该系统的设计、调试、运行的分析介绍，表明无除氧器的锅炉给水系统是大量节省投资、简化系统、缩短启动时间并完全满足给水要求的系统，其对国内机组的设计有着重要的启迪作用。

：The feedwater systems of No．1 and No．2 boilers in Meizhouwan Thermal Power Plant were designed without deaerators． In order to ensure the safe operation of system and equipment and meet the requirement for the dissolved oxygen in the feedwater，this paper introduces and analyzes the design，debugging and operation of this system，and thus shows that，the boiler feedwater system without deaerator can greatly save capital cost，simplify system，shorten start-up time and completely satisfy the requirement for feedwater． This will give some enlightenment for the design of domestically-made large size generating units．
