试论创新教育的障碍及对策

Tentative Study of the Barriers to the Creative Education and the Countermeasures

创新是时代的呼唤。中国必须实施创新教育。创新教育的障碍有：传统文化缺乏人的主体性基因；传统教育思想与模式上的弊端；创新教育的环境不宽松、条件不成熟；创新型教师紧缺，等等。因此，要正确把握创新教育的内涵，树立创新思想，培养一大批创新教师，建立多维互动式教学模式，营造适合创新教育的条件和氛围。

Innovation is the call of the times. The creative education therefore must be carried out in China.There are some barriers to the creative eduction:lacking the subject factors of man in traditional culture;disadvantages in traditional edudcaion thinking and teaching patterns; limit and immaturity of the circumstances;lack of creative teachers etc. As a result,we have to about its meaning,establishing creative education thinking, training a large number of creative teachers, setting a multi dimensional and interactive teaching pattern,and constructing conditions and atmosphere fit for it.
