摘要
本文通过比较分析国内外教育行政学体系 ,探讨了我国教育行政、教育行政学及其研究对象的基本理论问题 。
The essay makes a significant comparison between Chinese and Western systems of educational administration science.In addition,it clarifies a few basic theories such as educational administration,science of educational administration and its objective.Based on that,the author makes an attempt to build up the Chinese system of educational administration science.
