当前中国的文化开放问题:困难与对策

文化的开放性是先进文化的固有特征 ,建设先进文化离不开对外开放这一基本条件。而现今中国文化开放面临诸多阻力 ,客观上西方国家奉行文化扩张主义政策 ,使我国文化开放面临“二难”选择 ;主观上存在思想理论障碍 ,使我们不能大胆地吸收和借鉴当代西方文化成果。要加快文化开放的步伐 ,建设中国先进文化 ,应克服保守倾向 ,正确认识和对待当代西方文化和民族传统文化 ,按照既要现代化 ,又有民族特色 ,同时又体现社会主义方向的原则对待文化开放和先进文化建设问题。

Cultural opening up is an intrinsic feature of advanced culture,and it is an indispensable condition to the construction of advanced culture.However,the cultural opening up in current China is faced with some obstructions.Western countries rely on their'dominant culture'to pursue cultural expansion,which makes us unable to boldly make use of the fruits of Western culture in modern times.Only by critically assimilating Western culture and preserving the national feature can we speed up the construction of advanced Chinese culture.
