Current Status and Propect of Fossil Power Plant's FGD in China

摘要 概述了我国火电厂 SO2 排放的严峻形势及对环境污染的严重影响 ,指出了控制 SO2 排放的迫急性。介绍了国际上控制火电厂 SO2 的主要途径 ,并提出烟气脱硫是目前降低火电厂 SO2 排放最有效的手段 ,为此全面论述了目前世界上众多的烟气脱硫工艺 ,其中最成熟、最经济、应用最广的石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫工艺是我国烟气脱硫工艺的最佳选择。介绍了我国火电厂烟气脱硫的现状 ,列出了全国采用烟气脱硫设备电厂的一览表 ,并预测了今后 1 0年全国火电厂烟气脱硫的发展状况。最后探讨了我国火电厂烟气脱硫涉及的法律、法规及政策在执行中存在的问题以及资金筹集、降低脱硫系统造价等有待解决的诸多问题。 The severe situation of SO 2 emission by fossil plants in China and its serious effect on environmental pollution are generally described and the urgency of SO 2 emission control is censequently emphasized. The main approaches for SO 2 control in fossil plant in the world are introduced and points out the most efficient method of SO 2 reduction for fossil plant is FGD, in which the most ripening,economic,widely used lime stone-gypsum wet desulfurization process is the best choice for FGD technology for China and the status of fossil plant's FGD in China is described and a general table of plants adopting FGD installation in China is listed and also the developing situation of Power plant's FGD in next 10 years is predicted. Finally,the problems existed in execution of the laws, codes and policy concerning FGD of fossil plants in China, the capital raising and cost reduction of FGD installation are investigated.
