山东电网吹灰器运行现状及性能比较

Present Operation Status and Performance Comparison of Soot Blowers in Shandong Power Grid

通过对山东电网目前吹灰器运行状况的调查，对几种吹灰技术及局限性进行分析，比较蒸汽、声波、燃气3种吹灰器的优缺点，可为吹灰器设备的选型提供参考。并提出建议：在锅炉的高温区域应优先选用蒸汽吹灰器，在烟气温度较低的尾部受热面应优先选用燃气吹灰器。

：The present operation status of soot blowers in Shandong Power Grid was investigated， the technology and limitations of several kinds of soot blowers were analyzed，and the advantages and disadvantages of steam， sonic and fuel gas three kinds of soot blowers were compared． All of these works might be provided as reference for the type selection of soot blower equipment，and thus the proposals were raised that，the steam soot blowers should receive priority in the high temperature zone of boilers，while the fuel gas soot blowers should receive priority in the relative low temperature back-end ductworks．
