摘要
介绍常规燃煤火电机组技术评标因素的概念及计算，说明在招标及设备采购中将技术性能折算成价格进行评价的方法，并例举神头第二发电厂二期工程的具体计算数据供参考。
This paper introduces the conception and calculation of technical evaluation factors of bidding for con-ventional coal-fired generating units; explains the evaluation method of converting technical performance to price in the invitation of bids and equipment procurement and illustrates by example, the practical calculation data of Shen-tou No．2 Power Plant Phase II Project for reference．
