机组群振动状态实时监测故障诊断网络和远程传输系统技术研究

Research on the Network of Real－time Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis and on the Remote Transmission System for Unit Group Vibration

介绍已投入运行的、连接6台大型机组的实时数据管理、分析和故障诊断网络及远程传输系统和该系统软硬件研制中突破的多项关键技术，并简述系统实际运行的基本情况及需要修改完善的方面。该系统对大型机组群的安全运行和提高现代化技术管理水平有直接的意义。

： This paper presents some key technology concerning the network of real－time condition monitoring， data management and analysis and fault diagnosis as well as the remote transmission system， including the research and development of software and hardware for six turbogenerator sets in operation． The current operation situation of the system and some points needing to be perfected are briefed． This system has significance to ensuring safe operation of large unit group and improving modernized management level of power plant．
