分析目前国内调峰机组热工控制中的几个误区，提出一种新颖的“使用蓄热函数的CCS－TF（协调控制方式下的汽轮机跟随）”热工控制理论和方案，给出软件组态框图和系统参数的具体整定步骤。

： This paper analyzes the mistakes of automatic generation control（AGC） existing presently in the domestic peaking generating units， puts forward a new kind of thermal control theory and scheme using “CCS－TF（Coordinate Control System－Turbines Follow） with thermal storage function”， and presents the software pane and setting procedures of system parameters．
