摘要
对于雷电感应过电压、电力系统操作过电压和静电放电等电磁干扰 ,如果防护不力 ,随时可能侵袭包括计算机、通信设备、控制系统等在内的信息系统。防护这种危害 ,孤立地、个别地进行是行不通的 ,而必须在工程设计阶段就考虑到综合防护 ,其涉及的技术环节包括建筑物结构、防雷、接地 (含等电位连接 )、供电、线路和设备布置、屏蔽和在相关部位安装浪涌保护器 (SPD)等。着重介绍和分析了供电系统的各种供电形式和接地技术 ,并根据国际标准《IEC 1312 1雷电电磁脉冲防护》 ,归纳总结了防护雷电电磁脉冲干扰的要点 ,对实际的防雷电灾害具有参考价值。
If not effectively protected,the information systems,including computer,telecommunication equip ment,control system,are vulnerable to encroachment of electromagnetic interference caused by lightning inductive over voltage,power system operation over voltage and electrostatic discharge.It does not work to have individual protection against this type of potential damage.Instead,a comprehensive protection plan should be raised in the early project design stage.It involves the techniques of building structure,lightning protection,earthing(including equipotential bonding),power supply,line and equipment arrangement,shielding,and inatallation of SPD(surge protection devices)at certain positions.Different modes of power supply and earthing techniques are emphasized.Moreover,based on the international standard of“IEC 1312?1 Protection against Lightning Electromagnetic Impulse”,its high lights are summarized,which is worthy of reference.
