摘要
深入地分析了ZVT PWMBuck变换器的电路特性 ,分析结果表明变换器存在内部循环电流 ,因而增加了开关器件的损耗。为了解决这个问题 ,提出了一种改进的电路 ,消除了内部循环电流 ,大大提高了变换器的效率。通过对比实验 ,证明了这种改进电路是可行的。
The circuit characteristics of ZVT PWM Buck converter are analyzed in depth in this paper,the analysis result indicates that internal circulating current,which increases the switch losses, exists in the converter.To solve this problem,an improved circuit for eliminating the internal circulating current and raising the efficiency of the converter significantly is proposed.It is proved by control experiments that the improved circuit is feasible and effective.
