摘要
研究开发了用于火电厂的螺旋线圈型管式空气预热器。对螺旋线圈管的管内流动工况进行了分析和计算 ,并与普通光管的流动进行了对比。由计算可见 ,螺旋线圈管对流换热系数较普通光管提高 70 %～ 170 % ;预热器的总传热系数可提高 30 %以上。经在几十台锅炉上应用表明 。
The flow pattern in spiral coil tubes has been analyzed, calculated and compared with that in common smooth tubes. It is clear from the calculation that the convective heat transfer coefficient in spiral coil tubes is 70%～170% higher than that in common smooth tubes, the total heat conduction coefficient of the title tubular air heater can have an increase of more than 30%. The application of air heaters of this kind on tens of boilers showed the effectiveness to be obvious.
