摘要
阐述了地区电网调度自动化系统标准化、规范化建设的重要性 ,着重分析和讨论了建设中的关键问题 :远动规约标准化、调度自动化系统软件标准化、SCADA/EMS系统质量检验标准化、调度管理信息系统规范化。并提出地区电网调度自动化系统标准化。
This paper describes the importance of standardization construction for area power system dispatching automation, emphatically analyzes and discusses the key problems in the construction: standardization for telecontrol transmission protocols, standardization for dispatching automation system software, standardization for quality examination in SCADA/EMS system, standardization for dispatching MIS. The strategy and development tendency of standardization construction for area power system dispatching automation are proposed as well.
