Analysis of electricity-use-restricting load-shedding phenomenon of Guangdong power network in 2000

针对 2 0 0 0年广东电网出现的拉闸限电现象 ,分析了广东电网的现状和电力供应紧张的原因 ,指出广东电力供应略有节余的阶段性缓和现象已经结束 ,并针对目前广东电网存在的主要问题 。

In view of the electricity use restricting load shedding phenomenon of Guangdong power network in 2000, the existing state of Guangdong power network and the reasons for power supply shortage are presented. It is indicated that the stage of slightly surplus power supply in Guangdong is at an end. Some proposals are also offered to counter the major problems of Guangdong power network.
